Custom and personalized orders

- If a listing is not quite what you're looking for, we will work to the best of our ability to customize it.
- Accepting a Custom Order is dependent on whether the materials are still available.
- Inform us of strict deadlines before placing a Custom Order. We need to assess manufacture vs time constraints. (NOTE: Shipping time and costs. US Priority: 3-5 days & costs $4-6. US Express: 1-2 days & costs $20-25. Contact required if International.)
- Full payment must be made in advance for all Custom Orders, whether the item is being personalized, additions/changes are being made to the original, or there is a need for multiples.
- Should you cancel at anytime, we will only refund 50% of the cost, to cover our materials and labor.

Missing Package

All parcels are insured & tracked, whether sent Domestically or Internationally.

It is the customers responsibility to keep track of the package with the USPS Tracking Number that is sent to them the day the item is shipped.

If you did not receive the item even though the tracker says it was delivered, please do the following:

- Check around your property
- Check with neighbors and family
- Check with your local Post Office
- Check with your local Police Department in case there have been thefts in the area

If it appears that a theft has occurred, contact us with a Police Case Reference Number and we will initiate an insurance claim and refund your money, once its been approved - minus a $2 Handling Fee to cover our costs.

Damaged and Lost Items

All parcels are insured & tracked, whether sent Domestically or Internationally.

If Items are Damaged on arrival:

- Take pictures of the damaged item
- Contact us immediately
- If item is repairable: ship it back to us, and we will repair and return the item
- If the item is not repairable we will initiate an Insurance Claim along with a refund - minus $2 Handling Fee to cover our expenses

If Item has not arrived:

- Check the Tracker! If it says delivered see our Missing Package FAQ
- If Tracker shows it was never delivered, contact us immediately
- If item is replaceable we'll send a new one
- If item is one of a kind we will initiate an Insurance Claim along with a refund - minus $2 Handling Fee to cover our expenses


Per Etsy:

If you are not happy for whatever reason you can return an item with in 7 Days of Delivery. The Buyer is responsible for Return Shipping, and it must be sent back within 14 Days.
